The Center for Democracy & Technology (CDT) has developed a model policy on both authentic and deepfake Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) in K-12 schools. This policy can be used for informational or notice purposes in resources such as student/employee handbooks, codes of conduct and notices to parents. It also defines prohibited conduct associated with NCII and outlines actions to be taken upon reporting such conduct.
