Governor Issues New Executive Order Suspending Post-retirement Compensation Limitations

On January 11, 2022, Gov. Gavin Newsom issued Executive Order N-3-22, which, amongst other provisions, suspends the CalSTRS post-retirement compensation limitations and procedural requirements. CalSTRs has issued the following guidance, in addition to creating an Employer Directive.
