ACSA Systemic Racial Intolerance and Injustice Town Hall

On June 8 and June 15, 2020, ACSA hosted two equity-focused live town halls on the ACSA Facebook and YouTube platforms.

Part 1

ACSA Executive Director Wes Smith served as moderator for the first town hall, joined by panelists Elisha Smith Arrillaga, The Education Trust West; Karla Pleitéz Howell, Advancement Project California; Ken Magdaleno, Center for Leadership Equity and Research and Adonai Mack, Association of California School Administrators.

Part 2

ACSA Senior Director of Equity Services Adonai Mack moderated the second town hall. He was joined by Darryl Camp (California Association of African American Superintendents), Ivan Chaidez (California Association of Latino Superintendents and Administrators), Xilonin Cruz-Gonzalez (California School Boards Association) and Ron Williams (Association of California School Administrators).
