Yuba City student finds new home, new family at school

August 6, 2019
Congratulations to Chloe Blanchette who completed two years of school in just 9 months and graduated from Albert Powell Continuation High in Yuba City. It’s been quite the journey for Chloe who watched her grandparents battle with a meth addiction and decided she wanted a better life for herself. Thankfully, she found a new home and a new family at Albert Powell and is now thriving! “My life changed so much when I came to Albert Powell,” Chloe said. “I feel like a different person in a sense. It’s the best school I’ve ever been to.”
