Identify a crisis command center

To ensure the safety of students, faculty and staff, schools and school districts should create comprehensive, multi-hazard emergency management plans. Setting up an incident command center is a key piece of planning. It is important staff have a grasp of command center resources and that they are clear on their roles in an emergency situation.
