We all realize we are currently preparing students for jobs that don’t exist, to use technologies that have not yet been invented, and to solve problems we don’t yet know are problems. There are critical steps school districts need to take now to prepare students for their future education and career experiences, beginning at the elementary level. We know that change can be hard but transformation must occur to meet needed skillsets.
